Hey agents & managers! We’re so excited to be working together!

One of the most important parts of getting started with July is creating your Onboarding Form. The purpose of this form is to collect information from your creators that will be useful in their media kits and for search-ability on the backend of their accounts when creating One Sheets and Pitch Decks. This form will also allow you to learn more about your creators to better pitch and match them with brands.

Put this form together before you invite your talent to sign-up for July. You can easily add, edit, or delete these questions at anytime.

How to access: In the Agency Settings, click on the “Create Onboarding Form” button.

Directions: When creating your Onboarding Form, add the question you would like to ask at the top. These questions are supposed to be multiple choice. Then for the Options (Multi-Select) on the left hand side, you are going to put in the answers that you would like your talent to be able to select. On the right hand side for Casting Tags, you’re going to categorize the question with the same answer.

This way, when you’re trying to pull together a One Sheet or Pitch Deck, you can easily search for the category or Casting Tag that is listed. Please take a look here at some of the example questions and their tags we have put together.

This is what your creators will see once your Onboarding Form is live. It is a multiple choice selection so your creators can select any of the answers that seem fit to them.

These questions are meant to help you understand what types of deals your creators would and would not be interested in participating in. With their answers, you can create specific back-end Casting Tags for each of your creators. This will help you search your roster more easily when you get a new campaign opportunity.

For example, you can include questions that tag your creators as married, if they have acne, or if they are gluten-free or diary-free etc. That way, when an acne brand reaches out, you can sift through your creators by the ones who selected “has-acne” and so on and so forth.

Example Questions:

  • What ethnicity or race do you identify with?

    • Casting Tag: Ethnicity

  • What are your active social platforms?

    • Casting Tag: Platforms

  • What kind of creator are you?

    • Casting Tag: Category

  • Which of the following align with you and/or your current lifestyle?

    • Casting Tag: Generation

    • Cating Tag: Gender

    • Casting Tag: Relationship

    • Casting Tag: Family

    • Casting Tag: Lifestyle

    • Cating Tag: Skincare

    • Casting Tag: Hair

    • Casting Tag: Multiple Languges

  • Select sensitive categories you would be OK with promoting for a campaign:

    • Casting Tag: Will Promote

Once you’ve finalized your onboarding form, you’re now ready to invite your creators to join July and connect their socials. Don’t forget — you can always edit or change your survey questions in the future!
